Macclesfield Barnaby Festival Big Weekend 20-22 June 2014

This weekend is Macclesfield's Barnaby Festival "Big Weekend". Of special interest to us are the events happening at and around Christ Church, Bridge Street. Macclesfield, SK11 6EG. With ticketed concerts in the church on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening and free happenings around Tim Peaks Diner throughout the day Saturday and Sunday on the church lawns.

Stephen Morris has helped program the entertainment and will also be in conversation with Tim Burgess on Sunday afternoon, and then later performing with Tim at the Acoustic Sanctuary concert.

Pop into Tim Peaks Diner throughout the weekend, relax and enjoy coffee and locally-made cakes while a variety of musicians take to the stage with performance and DJ sets......highlights include:

Saturday 21 June at 3pm - Music journalist Sarah Walters In Conversation with Tim Burgess about life in a rock band.

Sunday 22 June at 2pm - DJ Set from Gillian Gilbert and Nik Colk Void from Factory Floor.
